Paint the plate with some oil. Open the package and take out the carpaccio. With no defrosting, take out the first paper film, put the side with no paper against the plate and take out gently the second paper film.
Let defrost the product with ambient temperature 10 minutes just before serving and dress to taste. You can also dress with olive oil, foie strips, parmeggiano chesse, capers, Maldón salt, etc.
